Direct site premium delivery is provided for eligible metropolitan areas within Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide only. For those locations within the eligible metropolitan areas, the “metropolitan direct site delivery” charge on our price lists will apply, per unit, per model. For all the other postcodes and remaining states and territories that are not eligible, the “non-metropolitan direct site delivery” charge will apply, per unit, per model. Premium delivery includes delivery and placement of the unit/s into position, unpack, and removal of all packaging material. Standard delivery does not include turning the unit on or any additional installation. Specific additional delivery tasks may be discussed with your Account Manager, however may incur a surcharge.
