Here at Falcon we do not believe in the saying ‘One Size Fits All’ (or ‘Most’ as some now say!). We know that everybody is different and we all have different requirements when it comes to the size of our ovens. So that’s why we have three size widths available in our range of Falcon upright cookers; 90cm, 100cm and 110cm.
Whilst it might not sound like a lot of difference from one to the next (10cm between each size upgrade), it can certainly make a difference with your cooking experience on the hob and the amount of food you can cook at any given time. For example: the difference between a 90cm and 110cm cooker width whilst technically is 20cm overall, more importantly the spacious cooktop allows for your pots and pans to be more easily maneuvered and in some cases it even has an extra gas burner!
So here’s a little more for you to know about each size range.
90cm Falcon Upright Cookers
Our 90cm Falcon cookers are available in six styles; Nexus, Classic Deluxe, Classic, Professional+ FX/FXP, Professional+ and Kitchener.
The following colours are available (varies per model); Black, Cream, Olive Green, Cranberry, Royal Pearl, Racing Green, Royal Blue, White, Slate or Stainless Steel.
Handles, controls and rails (where applicable); Whilst the entire range is available with Chrome fittings and trims, the Classic Deluxe range is also available with Brass.
The following fuel types are available (varies per model); Dual Fuel, Gas or Induction.
100cm Falcon Upright Cookers
Our 100cm Falcon cookers is available in one range; Professional+ FX.
The following colours are available; Black or Stainless Steel.
Handles and controls; Chrome fittings and trims only
The following fuel type is available; Dual Fuel Only.
110cm Falcon Upright Cookers
Our 110cm Falcon cookers are available in four ranges; Nexus, Classic Deluxe, Classic Professional+ FX/FXP and Professional+.

Falcon Features (very per model)
Features of the Falcon range include a multi-ring wok burner with wok cradle, Teppanyaki griddle plate, multi-function oven, bread proving drawer, separate glide-out grill or a traditional griddle plate. Check out our Features & Functions page to learn more.
