Below is a story of one of our many happy and satisfied Falcon customers. Mary Parker, was fortunate enough to be able to attend one of the monthly cooking demonstrations held in our Melbourne Showroom where she could experience the many features and benefits of cooking on Falcon prior to purchase. Our fabulous Home Economist Margaret Dargan takes attendees through cooking on various models as well as providing great cooking tips and recipes ideas.

Mary, went on to purchase a Falcon cooker and has been kind enough to share her cooking experiences with us.

The Joy of Cooking Returns!

After seven years of persevering with another brand cooker, I finally reached the point where I had had enough!

I spent considerable time researching many of the 90cm cookers on the market and eventually shortlisted several Falcon cookers. My problem then was...which one to choose?

I was fortunate enough to attend the educational and entertaining Falcon Cooking Demonstration held in April, which was run by Margaret Dargan. It was there that I was able to make up my mind as to which cooker to purchase. I wanted a cooker with one gas oven, a separate grill and gas hobs. Anything else was a bonus. Margaret demonstrated the various features from a range of cookers.

It was during the cooking demonstration that I realised how useful the Teppanyaki plate would be for my style of cooking but it was designed to fit the Professional cookers. I bought a Classic 90, which only comes with a griddle but my husband was able to slightly modify the back of the Teppanyaki plate which I bought as a spare part.

Whoever said that you can’t have your cake and eat it too, never cooked on a Falcon. Thank you for giving me back, the joy of cooking!
