Partnered with two electric fan forced ovens in our 90cm option, or one electric fan forced and conventional in our 110cm size, our NEW Classic and Professional Induction cookers are a must have for cooks wanting hob control comparable to gas yet with safety features that only an induction hob can offer.   Since there are no naked flames and only the pan is heated, induction is considered to be the safest hob option available.

What is an induction cooktop you may ask?  Induction cooktops are fast, responsive and incredibly controllable.  Unless magnetic material (cookware) is placed within the cooking zone the surface will not heat up.  The magnetic field heats the pot and not the hob itself, so there is less wastage and very little heat is transferred back to the hob.  Our induction hobs automatically detect when cookware is removed or its contents boil dry – switching the cooking zones off which saves energy and improves safety.

New to Falcon the pyrolytic self cleaning function is a cleaning revolution, turn the oven to this function and it literally cleans itself. The oven will heat up to 450ºC, once it reaches this temperature, the oven carbonizes all cooking residue to a fine ash, at the end of the cycle all that is left to do is simply wipe away the ash with a damp cloth. 2+2 Extended Warranty Option
All Falcon appliances are covered by full 24 months parts and labour warranty. For peace of mind, the 2+2 extended warranty option extends the full parts & labour warranty to 48 months.   Benefits received by purchasing an extended warranty option are in addition to your rights and remedies provided under the Australian Consumer Law . The cost of this plan is calculated at a rate of 4% of the recommended retail price (RRP) of each individual product selected to be covered under the plan. The 4% must be noted on the Falcon order and the customer must retain all invoice / orders for future reference. Please note the price of the extended warranty will always be calculated on the RRP regardless of any special discount offers which may be available at the time of purchase.  Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded, whether an extended warranty option is purchased or not.
